Mizubasho Junmai Ginjo Autumn Release is made from top grade Yamadanishiki rice from Hyogo Prefecture. Polished to a flavourful 60%, pasteurised once in the bottle, then set to rest in the brewery and mature till it's released in the Fall.
Rounded and rich gentle aroma. A sake that can be enjoyed at different temperatures.
Alcohol 15%, SMV +2, 60% polishing.
