
These frozen plump and creamy Japanese Oysters from Hyogo with shell on (shucked open) are flash frozen and ready for raw consumption. Individually quick frozen and packed into 6 in a pack.
Rinse and thaw the oysters under running water for approximately 8 min to remove any remaining particles. Then submerge the oysters in cold water to enhance the texture and flavour. Drain the water away and voila! Use any knife to gently shuck open the oysters.
Best eaten raw to enjoy its delicate taste, it can also be grilled.
