The Reserve category is the mainline category of the winery. The grapes were manually harvested. The wine went through a classic fermentation and aging process for 12 months in French oak barrels, which contributed to the complexity and the richness of the wine, creating a perfect balance of fruit flavors, tannins, and aromas. The blend is French-style made of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 26% Merlot, 12% Petite Verdot, and 12% Petite Sirah, from a single vineyard in the Judean Hills area. It is well-balanced with a complex nose, a rich fruity velvety texture, and a full-medium body. The wine has a rich deep color, with flavors of black fruits of ripe plum and blueberries, black pepper spices, and soft tannins that create a refined complexity. This wine is a good choice for drinking with cheese, with a meal, or just for fun and socializing. The Bin-Nun Reserve wines category has won several gold medals in recent years (2015, 2016, 2017) in local and international wine competitions.
2020 has also been awarded Asia Wine Gold Award.
