Our Chenin Blanc 100% grapes were harvested manually from an organic single vineyard in Judean Hills. This delightful dry white wine is crispy and refreshing and has a fruity character with flavors of apple blossom, mandarin, honey, and lime that makes it a great choice for a summer day or an elegant evening. The whole clusters were crushed and cold fermented, without destemming, and aged sur-lie to enhance complexity and taste.
