Beef bone marrow has a rich and sweet flavour with a smooth texture and is often served with toast or used as a soup base. This is a delicacy and is gaining traction due to its high nutrients and benefits.
Preheat oven. Place the bone marrows upright on a baking sheet and roast at 230 degree Celsius for 15 minutes. Scoop out the marrow and spread it on toast. Sprinkle some sea salt.
Tip: the longer you cook the broth, the more flavourful and concentrated it will be. Roasting the bones and vegetables beforehand will add even more flavour and richness.
