
Australian Grass-Fed Beef Ribeye has excellent marbling, giving it loads of flavour, nutrients and vitamins. These sliced ribeyes are best used in yakiniku or shabu-shabu.
Thickness choice: 5mm per slice for Yakiniku, 3mm for Shabu Shabu.
